Shipping policy

At Sleepy Bat, we work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Times

After your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.
